Getting Started
Request AppointmentFirst Visit
On your first visit our Treatment Coordinator will give you a tour of our office and introduce you to the staff and Dr. Goodman. We will take x-rays and photos followed by a thorough examination with Dr. Goodman. Understanding your goals and answering your questions is important to us, so don’t be shy.
We will discuss your treatment objectives and the orthodontic techniques that will be used to achieve them as well as review the policies and procedures of our office, and make sure you understand the details of your treatment.
Diagnostic Records
After your initial examination, if orthodontic treatment is needed, we schedule you for diagnostic records. This will include study models, diagnostic photographs and your x-rays. When the records are completed, we will review them and design your individualized treatment plan.
Finance and Insurance
We are networked with most major insurance companies and for your convenience, handle all the claims and paperwork. We can determine on your first visit If orthodontic treatment is covered by your insurance plan. However, even if you’re not covered, we can help set up a payment plan through a flexible spending account or other means.
